19 Rolling Hills properties sold during 2017. The most expensive sale was $6.2 mm. The 6000 sq. ft. home sold for $1,033 per sq. ft. The lowest price sale was $1,319,000 for a 5100 sq. ft. residence located in the Flying Triangle landslide area of Rolling Hills.

As we welcome 2018, there are 20 Rolling Hills single family homes for sale, and four Rolling Hills residences are in escrow with accepted offers.

Palos Verdes Horse Property For Sale

Not everyone knows Palos Verdes Peninsula is famous not only for its breathtaking array of coastal and city views, but also is home to some of the finest equestrian estates in Southern California. There are currently 18 residences for sale in Rolling Hills ranging from $1,300,000 for a property located in a special zone that will likely require an all-cash purchase, up to $53,000,000 for an eight-acre estate with panoramic views. Not all the residences listed for sale are improved horse properties, but many do have barns and stables.
