The Lanes in Palos Verdes is a small neighborhood of mini-ranch style homes in the horse property area of Rolling Hills Estates.  Many of the homes have stables or expanded horse improvements, plus there is a community riding ring along with trails.

This video is at the end of the cul-de-sac where Norma & I sold a property with amazing horse facilities twice.  Once to the buyer and then again when they decided to retire (with their horses) to Florida.  The open field is the huge protected Chandler Reserve in Rolling Hills Estates.

We stopped by to look at horse properties this week in this community of Buckskin, Sorrel and Dapplegray Lane.   One was a 1950's vintage fixer with a nice flat pad for horse area and while we were parking, the mobile horse shoeing service was out front replacing the shoes on one of the "locals."
