Rolling Hills had two home sales in December 2013. One home on the eastern side of the city sold for $1,750,000. The property was ready for updating, but did have over 1.5 acres of land. The second sale was at $2.6M for a lovely remodeled home on the northern slopes of the city.
Rolling Hills is a gated city located at the top of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The main entrance is off Palos Verdes Drive North with secondary entrances at Crenshaw and Crest Road as well as Palos Verdes Drive East. Rolling Hills is well known for its equestrian estates, large lots and privacy. The views are spectacular too!
