The equestrian friendly "PV Drive North" neighborhood saw four homes sell in the last month of 2013.  Two were fixers that went just under a million dollars, though each had horse property features.  The third needed updating,had a lovely setting  in the hills of Westfield and went just over $1.2M.   The final sale was a gorgeous remodel that went for $1.875M, which was tucked away just off Rolling Hills Road.
