How's the Palos Verdes Real Estate Market? Let's Let the Statistics Do the Talking


Sellers often ask, "Is anything selling?"
My answer is a resounding, "Yes."  Quickly followed by, "Pending sales are up."  I know sellers want to see it with their own eyes, not simply hear a real estate sales spiel or rehearsed script.

 I offer to send them the MLS statistics to backup my word as a way to build their trust in me and increase my credibility with them.

The monthly market reports I post for each of the seventeen areas on the Palos Verdes Peninsula ensures I keep my finger on the local housing pulse.

Here an update on Palos Verdes housing statistics as we enter the 4th quarter of 2011:
258 Single Family Homes are currently for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
105 Single Family Homes are currently in escrow on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
443 Single Family Homes have sold YTD.
